Singles are welcome too; we begin with the relationship to your own body and mind. Before we can connect and feel others, we need to become aware of our own needs and wants. Once we understand our own reasons for any numbness, tension or limiting beliefs, we can easily undo habitual patterns and restore ourselves to greater self-love, aliveness and sensual well-being.
